Aquatech Diving Centre, Manchester's premier school, was established in 1993 and has grown from strength to strength in that time. We are based in Manchester near Stockport just off the M60 J24. The school offers Internationally recognized qualifications and we are a PADI Five Star IDC Centre and recognise all agencies qualifications, a diver is a diver, no politics here. We are also recognised as a RYA centre and run the GMDSS radiotelephony course as well as the RYA First Aid course. We run HSE accredited first aid courses including the HSE First Aid at Work four day qualifications.

If you are a beginner you can do a try dive in the safe confines of our pool or we run a beginners course once a month. We run courses at weekends and evenings and can be flexible for large groups. Once you have completed your training we have an attached club which is very active all the year round with at least one major trip each month and dives available most days.

We now run AIDA freediving courses, all of our staff members teaching these courses have been UK squad members in International competitions and include record holders and even a world champion!.

We can take an unqualified diver all the way through to instructor level and organise the courses to start your professional career and become a PADI Instructor. Many of our Instructors go on to teach for us or become successful teaching abroad. As part of the instructor development program we run we also teach the Emergency First Response Insructor course so that you can run your own HSE Accredited First Aid courses.
